Emmy® Award-Winning production studio Digital Brew is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our business! We are a video design and animation studio for companies looking to explain their product or service through video.

We are seeking someone with a high interest in the digital media & design industry that would like to grow and be challenged in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond immediately to inbound calls and inquiries regarding Digital Brew
  • Reaching out to warm leads through calls, emails, social private messaging & in person
  • Prospecting new leads
  • Interacting with potential customers on social channels & emails.
  • Properly maintain follow up tasks and stay on top of all your active contacts and opportunities
  • Understand, educate and inform customers about all the benefits Digital Brew offers
  • On-boarding new customers & building client relationships
  • Actively look for strategic partnerships with other companies in our industry
  • Managing and optimizing accounts with clients
  • Researching and attending conferences
  • Work closely with marketing team to help foster leads

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $48,000.00 base + commission

Experience:

  • Video Production, Marketing or Agency background: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: Minimum 3 years (Required)
  • Business Development: Minimum 2 years (Required)
  • Comfortable working in CRMs such as SharpSpring is a plus. 

Additional Compensation:

  • Commissions

Work Location:

  • Our office in Orlando, FL
  • Potential to work remote

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:30am – 6pm
  • Additional hours expected as needed to go to networking events, close deals or communicate with CEO
