So if you decided to make a five minute explainer video, well, it’s probably not working very well. We always tell people the 60-90 seconds is the sweet spot for a good explainer video. Remember, your explainer video is meant to be a conversation starter, not replace the whole conversation. If you’re trying to explain how your product or service works and your video is five minutes long, you’re probably not explaining it effectively. You want to get in quick and explain something complicated in a succinct way that gets people excited (hey, that’s what Digital Brew is so good at).

Building on that, if you have an explainer video that’s overstuffed and unfocused, it’s probably not going to perform well.
